Question:

Are rape shield laws unconstitutional?

Rape shield laws prohibit a defendant from introducing evidence that would otherwise be excluded. Specifically, FRE 412 prevents the introduction of evidence regarding the alleged victim s past sexual behavior in a rape trial (evidence that is otherwise relevant and truthful, and would be allowed in any other criminal trial). Doesn t this abridge the defendant s right to face his/her accuser and procure exculpatory evidence provided that it is truthful and relevant?

Answer:

makes me so sad that it's not with it's partner. :(
They would all be great restoration projects, but it would take a bunch of money. But if you say you already have too many to work on, you should probably let them go unless you can find someone that would take them. Try Hemmings Motor News. They have classifieds all over the country.
keep the trans am and impala .
Id grab them just to save them - it would be worth the cost to find correct year parts/drivetrain/engine for the impala and firebird. The Monte would make a nice street cruiser. You sound like me and my lawntractors - i buy old non running lawntractors and bring em back to life and keep em.
