My elbow has been killing me for the last 1 or 2 weeks from the damn skull crushes which i did after 4-6 months of not doing them.that is one exercise everyone should avoid.There is a reason why it is called skull crushers since it will crush your bones and make your paralised i feel that way.does anyone else feel this way.
Just don't let go of the bar while it's over your head... hence the name scull crushers.
Sometimes, the tricep is limited to how much it can lift if your elbows aren't up for it. For this reason, swallow your pride and use a lighter weight until your elbow strengthens up.
I haven't heard of those but I think that Skull Candy Titian's are the best.
Dude, skull curshers are good for tris but they can really mess up your elbows, that's why I don't do them, they can cause elbow problems, they should be called elbow crushers right?
