Expose the bottle on cap side to burner (preferably gas) for few minutes and open it using a napkin, as it will be hot, Do not expose it for long time as bottle will break. Try it couple of times. usually it comes after 2 attempts.

No, that isn't normal. Only smoke will set off the alarm, so something in or on the stove has to be smoking when it heats up. Are the heating elements and catch-plates under them perfectly clean. Raise the entire top of the stove and see if it's clean under the burners. If there are small pieces of spattered or spilled food in them, the heat will make them smoke and activate the smoke detector. Old grease on them will do the same thing. Also, check the oven and the drip pan underneath to make sure that they are very clean. Any old residue will also smoke when heated up. Keep in mind that some smoke isn't always easily visible; you have to really look for it.
If it's from the fridge, run it with cold water, or put it back in the fridge for a while and then open it as SOON as you take it out. Otherwise, get some thick and grippy rubber sheets that you can find in the kitchen areas of most storesthey work wonders when you wrap them around the lid of a jar for a superhuman grip.
