Answer:

My husband is vegetarian and includes no saturated fat in his dietSo I had to learn a couple of tricks1Fat free baking, where you substitute butter or oil with fruit puree and the best for that is applesauce 2For cooking food with a white sauce I make the white sauce myself which is simply fat free milk and a couple of tablespoons of flour and you keep stirring on medium low hear until it is thick and add spices to it.
Try a sandwich with wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, a itsy bitsy amount of mayo and turkey breastKeep it as healthy as possibleFruit salads are goodDip the fruits in low-fat yogurt and maybe sprinkle some granola on topOr make a wrap! Everything you put in a sandwich but wrap it up in a tortilla instead of bread:D
Make any of your favorite sandwich salads (tuna, chicken, egg etc) but with low fat sour cream or plain yogurt instead of mayoI love tuna salad with onions and apples chopped with a splash of pickle juiceSoups are also a great way to feel full without tons of fatMake a simple broth of miso, skimmed chicken, or potato skins and just throw in whatever ingredients you like: kale, sweet potatoes, legumes, whole wheat pasta, olivesthe sky is the limit! Steamed veggies over brown rice is also a healthy choice and it can be interesting when topped with a flavorful sauceNow I'm hungry.
