Arnold press you start with dumbbells palms facing inward and then you rotate them over your head and then bring back down and then continuing this repetition.
Highly reccommend military press over the Arnold press. The reason why is because the rotator cuff muscle and ligaments are easy to injure, and HARD to repair. You could very easily tear your injure your rotator cuff, which requires surgery and lots of rehab to fix. The ONLY time you should ever do RC exercises is under the supervision of a qualified personal trainer.
