Im a nurse, you have to wash it, at laundry mat, in big washer, use hot water, other wise germs stick bacteria grows
Laundramat 160 degrees F for 25 minutes is what the CDC recommends to sanitize laundry Or, you can use cold water and a chemical sanitizer like Clorox bleach, and follow the label directions.
I had to use a lightweight blanket for my newborn, because she was a preemie, and sleepsacks were all too big for her! She was not warm enough with just a sleeper, and when we swaddled her, she would always undo it, and get tangled up, so we took a blanket and folded it in half, and laid it across her chestWe tucked the ends under the mattress, so she couldn't move itWe've been doing that for 5 weeks now, and she is finally big enough for a sleepsack, but she hates them!
