try a light solution of vinegar and H20. quartz will stand up to a light acidic bath.
don't worry about a pressure washer hurting quartz, it is one of the hardest minerals! almost as hard as a diamond, the pressure washer would have to be on the crystal for a couple thousand years to have any real effect. Although many other minerals are not as resistant, each mineral is assigned it's own hardness so do some research before cleaning others. As far as Quartz you are in the clear!
