Question:

Axle bent out of shape.?

The other day my truck was hit in the rear left. The damage was pretty secluded to the poor wheel which was bent around 45 degrees facing the front. That was just about it for the damage. From what I‘ve told you, what do you think I‘m going to need to replace besides the wheel and tire?

Answer:

use round up or the equivalent of it. they are great for broad leave weeds.
Well you didn't say what kind of truck you have. Does it have a solid rear axle? or is it Independent Rear Suspension? With that kind of impact, I'd take it to a shop to have the whole rear end looked over. A lot of things could have been bent from this.
I would check the brake drum for cracks and warp. Run a dial indicator test on the axle flange check the rear axle bearing for impact damage and check the machined surface where the axle and bearings ride against each other for impact damage as well.
