So I have relaxed hair and my natural hair is extremely difficult to deal with, especially with the limited amount of time I have. SoI've decided to continue to relax my hair. My breakage was terrible (not due to perming, but because I didn't take care of it) and so I cut about 1 1/2-2inches off my hair to get rid of the split ends and unhealthy parts of my hair. Nowhow do I maintain this healthy routine to stop breakage, give me healthy hair, make it grow, and KEEP it healthy?- How often should I get it trimmed? I want to grow my hair out though so I don't always want to end up at square one by cutting off too much of my hair. How much is healthy and will my growth be noticeable?- Any hair lotions? Any hair oils? - What about new growth? Any important tips I need to know?- When I go to the hair salon to do a deep conditioning, how often should I do it? What if the time I need to deep condition meets with the time I need to relax my hair again - how to cope?

Hard to picture what you are saying. But you can fix a crack in wood by applying wood glue, such as Titebond, with a fine tipped bottle and clamp the wood back together at the split until the glue dries.
Sorry, but I believe there's no others more accurate way. You could make an estimate from a calculation but given those range of pressures, it won't be as accurate as the bucket and timer. You are going to need to do many tests though if you want an average value.
you can get a deadbolt or at a Home Depot / Wal-Mart / Lowes in the Hardwar department, they sell a modified metal piece that goes over the door at the lock, and another piece that fits the frame at the lock and will fix the broken wood problem by covering it up with metal. and just 4 screws total will fix it!
