Tell your parents to call her- this is completely inappropriate. AND- learn to say NO when you feel uncomfortable- it's totally OK.
Any plumbing store will have expandable plugs you can buy for a couple bucks. They come on every size from 1 on up to 6 or 8. It's a plastic plug, usually yellow in color with a rubber seal around it and a nut in the top of it. You insert it into the pipe and tighten the nut. That expands the seal and gives you an air tight seal. It is also removable, if you ever want to use the pipe again.
That's ridiculous, you should tell your mom that her friends mom didn't give you any privacy. If anything her own daughter should have been in the stall with her and you get your private one. I usually put on my bathing suit before I get there, when I am at home. But I usually bring clothes to change into after so I don't have to sit in a wet bathing suit. Either way, I am sorry that happened to you, it's unfortunate but next time stand your ground and tell her that it makes you uncomfortable, if that doesn't work be sure to tell your mom.
