Question:

battery charger connector?

Hi, I have an old battery (kan 5w05337) that I'm trying to use. The connector is white plastic rectangular, about 1/3x1/2x1/4 with 3 connectors, 2 round and one square. I need the matching (male) adapter. Any hints on where to get one would be great. Also, the wiring is black, yellow, red (on the square). Anyone know what yellow is for? (Are there 2 circuits?) thanks!Eric

Answer:

place the info on the device on Google search. you will be directed to many sites.
The connector might be molex type. Look in the Mouser or Digikey catalog for help finding one. The Yelow wire is probably a thermal sensor the charger uses to prevent over charging. I would strongly recommend the proper charger.
