Question:

Bench Press/Dumbbell Press?

This may be a difficult question but just out of curiosity, what do you think the equivalent weight would be going from dumbbell press to bench press? At the moment I am doing my sets with 40 pound dumbbells with about 8 or 9 reps a set. I can hit the 50's once or twice

Answer:

Flys would nicely be finished at an incline, flat, and decline. initiate with the dumbbells in the present day out in front of (above) you. protecting your hands slightly bent on the elbows (as in case you're hugging a sea coast ball) carry your hands out to the ingredient slowly and then returned up. you additionally can perform a little artwork with cables yet somebody would desire to coach you that as this is stressful to describe in an e mail.
Probably between 160-185
It is difficult to calculate. Dumbbell press uses more stabilizing muscles which makes it harder for you to do. Barbell press only requires the stabilizing muscles to keep the bar straight. If one arm is weaker you will not notice it in barbell like you would dumbbell. My max right now is 350 but with dumbbells I am lucky to put up 145 dumbbells 5 times... The easiest way to figure it out is to actually do it.
