Do not use the dryer for at least 24 hours to ensure the parts are dry. Please tell your mom what happened and have her run a fan or open a window to make sure. As far as your clothing you need to hand wring them and then hang them and re wring before putting them in the dryer. Short of a shop vac or reverse siphoning the washer with a hose if it is not draining the pump needs to be serviced. If the water is not draining then your washing clothing in old stagnant dirty water..Not a smart thing. Your better off washing your things in the sink or tub.
