In The majority of people who come out of that prison are no longer criminals because they're treated like humans and not animals. Austria has the highest living standard in the world and one of the lowest crime rates, so giving human beings freedom doesn't increase crime.
It is pretty obvious why they can't have access to email. I don't believe all criminals should be killed unless they just keep committing crimes again. Some criminals are acutally people who can eventuallly admit to their wrongs and confess to their crimes if they are taught deeply enough.
If you are employed in the uk, and not self employed then your employer has to provide you with personal protective equipment, if the risk assessment denotes this to be worn as a control to protect you. You are within your rights to request and read that risk assessment and if you don't agree with it challenge it. Your employer should have a HS specialist on site (especially being construction) and you should contact this person direct and tell him of you fears. Your employer cannot charge you for PPE safety equipment unless you leave the company and do not return it ,then they can deduct the cost out of your final salary but this must be written into your terms conditions. Look on the hse website and type in PPE.
