bobby pin head stuck in lock?

i was trying to pick the lock of my moms wooden chest and the head of a bobby pin broke off inside. now when she tries to use the actual key it doesnt go in all the way. is there any way to remove it or get around it. if it helps with motivation my x box is stuck in there

Get that thing off of that heater! That is a dangerous thing to do no matter what temperature it is on. If your friend jumped off of a skyscraper, would you jump off too?
Not until the blanket suddenly bursts into flames (which it will eventually), the oil heater explodes as a result, and you burn the house down! Why would you even want to DO something so (obviously) stupid dangerous?

Only if it's an oil-fuelled heater. Oil-filled electric heaters are very unlikely to reach a high enough temperature to set fire to anything. If you insulate them enough they might damage themselves by getting hotter than they are designed for. This would probably need 2 or more layers of blanket. If you just put the blanket on for a short time to warm or to dry it, I don't think there's any risk. But I wouldn't leave it on and go out for a long time.
