I have a 93 Chevy Cavalier and I‘m almost 100 percent sure that the axle broke on it. How much would it cost to get it fixed? Or to get a new one if thats possible.
Front drive axle ? should cost around 150.00 to 175.00 for a reman. installed. Rear trailing axle buy from a junk yard. around 300.00 to 400.00 installed. If the shop buys it.
well if you have an oreily auto parts around you should get each axle brand new for around 150 a piece, and then you should be able to find someone that can do it for you
if you just broke the axle shaft shouldnt be that big of a deal. shop will probably charge like $100 labor cost or find someone who knows about cars to do it on the side
