I'm cooking a couple steaks tonight and have limited optionsIt seems that I could grill it on a george foreman or broil itOnly thing is that I don't have a broil pan, and would have to use a cookie sheet w/ aluminum foilWould this work well?
If you broil the whole time on the cookie sheet, the grease will spit and smoke and you could have a fireWhat I do instead that makes an absolutely wonderful steak is to take that cookie sheet, cover it with foil, place your steaks on it, season them, and then place the steaks in a 400? oven instead for 10 minutesThen turn them over and cook them for another 10 minutesThen turn your heat to broil and broil them for 1-2 minutes only to crisp up the fatYour meat will be much more tender that wayEnjoy!
