So my driver side wiper stopped working and upon inspection I saw that the pivot had came off of the wiper motors arm. I looked into the pivot and the bushing is broken. But the pivot did snap back into place with the motor and the wiper works again. My question is how long do you think it‘ll last me? Apparently I have the replace the whole thing because the bushing isn‘t sold separately. I‘m gonna try a few junk yards and see if they have it but until then I have no choice but to drive around with the bushing broken.
This Site Might Help You. RE: 1995 dodge dakota transmission removal? I need to remove my transmission because it is cracked and i was wondering if someone could type up the removal process from a Chilton's or Haynes manual on how to replace it or just scan the pages and email them to me it is a 1995 Dodge Dakota V8 318 Automatic 4X4 extended cab if you email it.
Just depends, it usually breaks when you need it the most.
Check with your local auto part stores, many carry wiper bushing in their Help line. You may have to buy a variety pack, but I'm sure you can get one.
You will have to remove the lower starter mounting STUD before the inspection plate will come off. The STUD has a nut on it and when you get the starter out; a chore, the stud sticks out and is easily seen. Probably use a Vise Grip to remove it.
