Both having the same engine size (4Cyl) 2.5 and autotrans. difference between S and LS is the premium sound system, automatic roll up windows on both the driver and passenger side, auto lights, foglamps, and in some cases with Navigation system instead of 6CD changer BOSE. No many hidden parts to drive the navigation screen Body controls and even the auto windows use different switches and motors. It would be less expensive to sell the S and find a LE with the 3.5 liter V-6. On your car Nissan might not even sell a fog light kit.
In theory yes, but it would be way more hassle than it's worth and cost a lot more than it's worth.
