This depends on a few thingsa ) where you are b) what you call cheap c) what kind of rubber stamps you want. If you are in the UK, try e bay. Unmounted stamps are going to be cheaper to post but you will need to use with an acryllic base (or a cd case will do the job in most cases). Bulk buying is cheaper. Good luck . There is a shop called The Range which has outlets selling cheap rubber stamps - commercial cutsie stuff, not arty.
Are you referring to the padded rail? They are usually vinyl, or leather in a higher end casino or high roller area.
