Can a kink in the power or rca cables make my subwoofer not work?

I dont get any power to my amp. If something is pinching the line could that make it not get any power? Or could there be something else wrong?

My first guess would be a blown fuse. But a kink in the cables could do it by breaking the metal strand inside, although wires will usually bend quite a bit before this happens. When it does happen it is usually right at the connection.
i would also check ur ground wire.no power means 2 things power wire not secure or the ground is not connected right
Any thing is possible. You can have a break in the wire (any where). But normally the kink won't do anything (good or bad). Good luck........
