I substained a work related injury and was on workers compensation for awhile. I recently got released to go back to work when going to my place of employment they told me they didnt have any work for me and let me go. The next day I look in the local paper and there is an ad for positions available is this legal in the state of WV?

Sounds more like an antique then a sculpture. Maybe you could repost this question in a different category, perhaps even the other Visual Arts category if you can't find one closer to antiques or collectibles. It doesn't look like you're going to get many answers here about it. Sounds interesting though, have you taken it to an antique dealer or appraiser? They may be able to help you.
