go to your local police dept. and explain to them the situation. That you would either A.) want a patrol car in that area from this time - this time or B.) tell them that they need to set up speed bumps or C.) they can also set up that radar that tells you your speed and blinks at you when your over the limit it works pretty good. if none of these work then get there license plate down and go to the police and explain that this car is speeding by my house every day and i feel that he might kill somebody.
Once you open the panel (the postman can do this), some locks slide into place. You slide it out and buy a new one at Ace Hardware to replace it. The new one comes with 2 keys.
