Try spraying WD-40 on the runners and check where the window is bolted to the train. The nuts may have loosen just enough that the window will bind when going up. With the window all the way down, make sure the window is evenly at the top (back and front of the window). If not loosen and realign and re-tighten the nut. Now raise the window with switch.
