Just unbuckle her strap-on.
I wouldn't rely on the 1 wrench turn advice. just snug it up as far as it will go without too much torque. could be more than the 1 turn. that is my guess. Also very important to wrap the teflon tape in the correct direction. So the edge on the outermost wrap is facing to the right, so that the female coupling doesn't scrape it off as you tighten it
