I find electric heating dries my eyes out making my contacts painful. I have to put my glasses on instead.
They usually put them on streets where they have had trouble with people speeding. So you can blame the problem with all the Speed-Bumps on all those who feel the need to go fast on City streets that are not meant handle higher speeds.
