Question:

Can I convert a 2 wheel drive truck to 4 wheel drive?

I have a 2 wheel drive 2006 Mitsubishi Raider DuroCross quadcab V8 pickup. The Raider came in both 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive versions. How difficult would be to have it converted into a 4 wheel drive?

Answer:

trade it in on a 4 wheel drive, that's the easiest and cheapest way
Pardon me, my car alarm just went off. I have to go outside and yell at the thieves. Hopefully, I can convince them not to steal my radio. You’re correct because in this state we cannot use force to protect any property outside the home. All we can do is ask thieves to move along. Alarms are less than worthless.
Alarms are devices that are linked to a particular culture. Typically, the car is a junker with two grand worth of wheels and tires, a really loud stereo, and a really loud muffler. Users pull up to their apartments, set the alarm, and sit around and play with it. Of course, if they didn’t advertise their loud stereo by blasting it right outside their homes, they wouldn’t really need protection.
cant tell you the price but go to a salvage yard and get all the parts you need but the best way is to buy another truck that's 4x4 like yours that's wrecked or rusted out for cheap and convert all the parts over
At the very least you will need to : Replace: Front suspension system Steering system Computer operating system Drive shafts Possibly front brakes Possibly transmission, at least part of it Purchase new parts: Differential/axle assembly Transfer case To do this would cost more than buying a new 4x4, if you include labor and tool costs. You might have to be insane to try it.
