Question:

Can I get Fired For Taking Anti Depressants?

*I work for metro pcs.The corporation not a dealer)*I'm a sales associate* I work part time 26-30hrs weeklyI know I screwed up by even mentioning this to my Manager but I did anyways.I felt like i could tell my manager anything because we have an open door policy. Everybody at work is pretty open about everything. So I went ahead and I told him I was taking Zoloft an anti depressant. Now she wants to talk about it with my other manager. She also mentioned something about letting HR know about this.Positive Feedback Please I know this all could have been avoided by keeping my mouth shut. 1. Can I get fired 2. Will my mangers treat me different ? 3. Will this prevent me from moving up in the company if I get to keep my job ?

Answer:

Without knowing anything about the program it is hard to comment. But the major difference with Vista is not a networking one but a local folder one. User account control prevents users from accessing the Program Files directory with elevated permissions, and some old programs die because of this. The best solution is to reinstall these programs to a directory OUTSIDE Program Files. I use a directory C:Legacy for all such programs and they msotly then work fine.
Yes, under the conditions you are likely to be exposed to, they will not shatter. However, I doubt there is anything that is truly shatterproof. If you go to extreme condtions such as very low temperatures or very high strain rates, materials act differently.
