Question:

Can I live in a shed?

In Ohio where I live there are a bunch of dirt cheap plots of land that I could own. The lots are in cities with utilities and such I was wondering if I could build a small shed and live in it. It would be much cheaper than owning a house. It probably wouldn't have much if any resale value, but is there anything preventing me from doing this? Or is there some ordinances in building such a structure that would be just as expensive as buying a small house?
