I'm building websites for artists friends who will need to be able to change text and images periodically, but they don't know anything about coding. Can I lock the code down somehow, so they can only mess with image tags and text, and not mess up the coding?
There is no law against having scanners in the car but if a police officer saw it, most likely they would question you or check your car, if you up to no good or not. I live in WA so I don't know about Texas lol sory
