I (17) was jumped by 10 females between the ages of 18 and 20 years old in the street , can I press charges for assaulting a minor ? Can they also get their kids taken away ?
You are not the DA, so no, you do not have the authority to press charges. What you can do is contact the police and file a report. They will investigate and arrest, and then the DA's office will decide what charges to file.
