Not in a neighborhood, but on a street. well its kind hard to explain. it is sort of a neighborhood but then it's not, alot of cars don't come down the street. but those cars that do come, come flying down. Ugh it annoys me. My kids my neighbor's kids like to go to eachothers house (15,11,8) of course my husband i are working there parents are working. And i don't want to keep them cooped up in the house(summer camp isn't affordable this summer since we got a new house), but i'm afraid that the cars won't slow down.. well you know.
When the snooze is set to :01 that means if you hit the snooze button it will stop and then start again in one minute, if you set it to :59 it will stop and then start again in fifty nine minutes!
unfortunately if you need a lock grinder to progress,then you dont have much choice but to start that mission over.if you can look around where you are to see if you missed a grinder or the parts to make one,thats about the only other thing you can do,but im sure you have already done that.sorry this wasnt much help.
