Question:

Can I use a fire extinguisher more than once?

I made a bonfire in the woods yesterday and the fire got a bit out of hand and started to get bigger than we wanted it to. There was no water nearby but we had a fire extinguisher nearby. We used it once to put it all out and now that I'm trying to see if it still works, when I press the handle to spray, nothing comes out. I can turn it upside down while shaking it and the chemicals come pouring out slowly so I know its not empty. It is the disposable kind without the long hose nozzle at the tip. What can I do to make this work again?

Answer:

The Savernake Forest near Marlborough in Wiltshire can be walked through at night, as can the New Foresr (National Park) in Hampshire; it is unusual for forests in England to be fenced or gated or in anyway closed at night
