can i wallpaper over a plasterboard?
Plain, ,just installed, raw plasterboard? I would think that would be fine. If it's painted, you might need to rough it up a little. If it's papered, you should probably remove the existing paper.
Mandantory to have a good primer coat on clean plasterboard first. Dry. Wallpaper away.
