Question:

Can lightning rods charge a battery?

To my knowledge, there isn't a highly effective way to harness static electricit, but the more I thought about it, the more realistic this seemed. Is my thinking flawed? Electricity travels down the lighting rod similar to the way it would travel down a wire or any other conductor. Has this been tried before?

Answer:

should Pelosi be fired for calling old people Nazis just because they disagree with her? FAT CHANCE. 1. She's a liberal 2. She's a Democrat 3. She lied about what she knew and when she knew it regarding the CIA and torture yet she still has her job. 4. Only Conservative Republicans would lose their job if they made a biased and blanketed generalizing offensive statement like that against American people. Free speech my ***. If this ***** was an Conservative and said this about leftist protesters the left would want her ******* head.
go to the *alarm* panel, press/hold silence. reset.
Dear Leader would not allow the witch to be fired!
She'll be fired Nov 2010
Even an ID 10 T in this country has freedom of speech.
