the rat hand seal is just in reverse it still will activae which looks chidori in that picture
i guess it doesnt really matter as long as ur doing the same hand seals or maybe thats for a different jutsu
Well yes,in that particular picture though that rat seal is in the correct way. However if is wasn't it still wouldn't matter in which way they are usually done,as long as the jutsu is performed in the correct sequence the jutsu will work,if it is done incorrectly than it will not work. However,some jutsu,such as earth wall (preformed by the third Hokage),requires for each hand seal to be to that hand meaning for example,to preform earth wall,you put your left hand into tiger then your right hand into an ox and put the ox on top of the tiger and that's the seal.
