No. The tanker will cover the damages with his insurance. The property owners insurance company will sue the tankers insurance company for reimbursement. The property owner needs to have his insurance company pay for his damages.
First off all you are going to have to have access to that crawl space. I would knock out enough blocks to put a small door that is insulated from the inside, because you never want to seal off plumbing that is running underneath the house.I would tap into my water lines and bring them under the floor. For the supply lines to the sink and the washer I would use the gold braided rope heat tape, it's the best, of course you will need an outlet to plug it into. I would then put the foam pipe insulation around the lines and heat tape and use the clear plastic tape to seal the pipes and the heat tape to where I was coming up through the floor, it will never leak. For the sink I would put in a posi vent under neath the sink where the vanity is, that will open up and push the water out quick. For the washer drain I would Y it into whatever discharge line is closest. If you want to wrap it with insulation that's up to you, jut make sure it is vented. For heat in your bathroom I would just stick an electrical base board with it's own thermostat, a 4' one would work just fine, just get one that is large enough to heat the amount of square feet you are using. When you aren't using it you can turn it off or down. I think that about does it, if you have any more questions, let me know. Good Luck. Shouldn't be that much of a problem.
I was so shocked to see Tony doing actual work on the car I didn't even think about him not having safety goggles on. I have no idea what kind of actual car repair knowledge he has, if he can work on cars like a lot of drivers can, but even the drivers with experience doing that don't typically do even something extremely minor like that. That is a good point though. It wasn't exactly the smartest move. I guess he was pissed and doing something without thinking about it, but that won't stop bad things from happening.
