can't open access control editor invalid syntax error. Help!!!?

I right-clicked the system folder and I tried to edit the security so I can put this dll file in it but when I clicked the edit button on the security tab and a error showed up saying can't open access control editor invalid syntax. Please help!!!

Cigarettes are worse for your lungs and heart because you smoke more of them. But if you smoked 10-20 joints a day (like cigarettes) POT would mess you up quickerand take a serious toll on your health as well. People just don't smoke 10-20 joints a day.
No, but they need to be checked by someone qualified and equipped to know whether an individual device needs service or not. My guess is that a quality, 10-year-old extinguisher will work 90% of the time. If you want to raise that to the 99% or more that you would expect from a new one, either buy a new one, or periodically have the old ones checked. It's cheap insurance. Of course, that's not to say all extinguisher salesmen are trustworthy.
Fire extinguishers have a limited shelf life. I'm not sure what this is, but all extinguishers should be checked yearly, and probably replaced every second year. I mean, you DO replace the batteries in your home smoke alarms regularly, don't you?
