Check your firewall settings to see if Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Wild Tangent, etc., all have permission to access the internet. If you are running anti virus software, you should check the firewall in that program. If not (if not you shouldn't be getting onto the internet), check the windows firewall. Be sure that you don't have both firewalls (your anti virus software firewall and Windows firewall) on at the same time.
