4 fish filets, totalling about 1 pound 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 small zucchini 1 lemon 1 bunch of chives salt and pepper Preheat the oven to 400°FCut four pieces of aluminum foil, about 15 inches long each oneWash the zucchini and cut it in thin slicesChop the chives finely and put them in a small bowlSqueeze the lemon, adding the juice to the chivesMix in the heavy creamPlace each filet on top of its piece of aluminum foilSalt and pepper the fish lightlyPlace the zucchini on top of the fish, evenly dividing it amongst the four piecesPour one tablespoon of the cream mixture on top of each filetWrap up each filet in its aluminum foilYou can roll the top edges to make sure everything is secure, but be careful not to tear the aluminum foilPlace the four packages in an oven proof dish and place the dish in the ovenCook for 20 minutesServes four.
If you will explain the part or parts that aren't clear to you maybe someone can help It makes sense to me and i don't see what you are finding tricky or difficult to make you not get itI tried to see if maybe some part was confusing or vague but it is a really easy recipe to meYou enclose the filets in the foil by making a sort of tentBring the two pieces together at the top and kind of roll the foil down and crimp the ends to make sure nothing sloshes outSo give yourself a nice (but not huge) amount of foil to work withGive us a little more info and we can see if anyone can help you.
add more water? or don't cook them as longthe latter is probably the better solution :)
