If the other person found out that you were using their photos and decided to press charges, yes. It could be traced back to your computer and you could be in some trouble.
I faced a Charger once. Rented one at Enterprise. I looked it head on and then drove it throughout the rental period. Smooth ride, acceleration not as good as expected. Still, I'd rent one again.
