If you don‘t have windshield wipers, where would the police officer put your parking ticket?
red blue and green that when mixed make white
Hahaha, that is funny.I love your sense of humor. Must point out though, police officers do not hand out parking tickets, By-Law Enforcement officers have that undaunting task. I can also assure you if they came across your vehicle and it had no windshield wipers you would not get a ticket. Your vehicle would be towed and impounded as an unsafe vehicle so the parking ticket would have been kind of sweet after you see the bill for that one.
You are too silly.not only would you get a parking ticket, but probably one for having a dangerous vehicle (no windshield wipers being a severe detriment to safe driving in a rain or snow storm) They could slide it into the space where the wipers used to be, tuck it into your door, mail it to you, or just wait until you got the overdue notice in the mail and then really make your life miserable.
I just can't believe this even a question. the answer is yes, the officer will put that ticket anywhere he can find a place to put it. So don't think for a minute that if you don't have wiper blades you can't get a parking ticket.
