Question:

Can You Park Next to an Out of Service Fire Hydrant?

Next to the KFC where I get my KFC is a fire hydrant that is Out of Service. It has a sack over it that says, Out of service. More than 5 car lengths away is a new fire hydrant that is not out of service. It appears the city has not removed the old fire hydrant that is out of service. Can I park next to a fire hydrant that is no longer works so it can't be used?

Answer:
