Yes you can do itIf you dont have an engine lift,crane,hoist/cherry picker and space to remove the complete engineYou will need an extra set of hands to reinstall it (rod and journal caps and bolts falling in on your head)It will take longer but if you have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge you can pull it offGood luck.
