Ok here is the question. I see people at times go fast over the Parking lot style speed bumps fast and wonder if they know what damage they might or are doing to the Suspension? By going fast over speed bumps on a regular basis like living in an Apartment complex or even a Mall Parking Lot and going over them daily fast can the following be damaged over time? The Tie Rods can these be bent or even break? The CV joints can they be worn out prematurely and just disintegrate? Could the Hub on the front wish bone be broken? Can other parts of the suspension break or at least get bent? Could the Muffler be dented or even broken off? Could the Oil and Transmission Pan be dented or cracked? And if so why do people still speed over Speed Bumps? Do they believe a car is indestructible or not understand the damage being done? Because after all cars like tanks and other machines are not indestructible.
