cannot get axle out of hubon 2002 dodge stratus any sugestions?
I've only done hubs on FWD cars once before. My only suggestion, if you have enough clearance, is to put the hub nut on the end of the axle (not tightened all the way down, just enough to protect the threads on the end) and give it a couple good smacks with a mini sledge. They do make a special tool for pushing the axle, it grips onto the hub and you tighten a screw in the middle, putting pressure on the axle. Most auto parts stores will rent it out and you get your full money back when you return it.
