okay I just got a car as a gift its a dodge neon 2001 and it came with an alarm system on it but it has no adapter for me to set it when i want, so it goes off randomly there is a toggle switch in my trunk where i can turn it on and off but it still goes off regardless.should I just take it to a dodge dealership ? because i don't know what else there is to do ?
Never seen a NEON worth STEALING? Then you haven't seen a Neon SRT 4. And just because you have a car alarm doesn't mean some one wants to steal his car maybe he has stuff in there that he doesnt want stolen.ex cd's ipod personal stuff.
Your neon has an alarm system? LOL Never seen one worth stealing! And I own a neon as well!
that's an after market alarm system and a dealer may not be able to help you with it,you may have to disconnect it until you can get a shop to check it,most electrical shops can help you with that one ,it doesn't have to be a dealer that does this one,good luck.
