My car alarm has always been working great until recently. It will lock and unlock the car but I will no longer make the beeping noise to insure me it‘s locked. Also the blue light that use to just blink now stays on solid blue all the time.
start by reading your owner's manual. what works for one car alarm won't necessarily work for another. On my car for example, this has all the ear marks of where the car was set off and not completely reset before rearming. For my car's alarm system, resetting it is as simple as pushing a button hidden under the dash. yours may be a little different.
