Omg this is such a problem! um go tell them to turn it off or you'll call the police. Be nice if u don't know them tho. And no car alarms are useful. Ur neighbors just have a dysfunctional car or just a really nice car.(that everyone wants to steal)
How true. Studies have shown this is a huge frustration for most people and people tend to ignore car alarms. They see them as a nuisance. I'm like that too. Most people set off their own alarms by accident. They're pretty much useless.
