if the axle turns, shouldnt the car turn with it? if not why?
Well that is a deep subject. If all is correct then yes the wheel turns with the axle. If you have a posi-trac or limited slip differential then it is possible that one wheel will spin and the other do nothing. If you have front wheel drive and break a CV joint the axle will spin, but the wheel wont. If you are one a rear wheel drive and a Brake locks up, the axle will spin but the tire wont.
